Being Creative Blog Party

Hi All!  I am joining Amisha's Creative Blog Party Every Sunday!
I made this Log Cabin Quilt about 25 years ago,  the problem is I never finished the edging which is about 3 rows of fabric. around.

So all the Quilts I put on this post either need finishing off or Quilting. I put a quilt aside and went on to new projects and instead of going back to finish a quilt I found a new Quilt pattern I fell in love with.

Then I had some extra aqua fabric left over from another project so I Started yet another quilt. This one needs more hand quilting and the edge finished off.

Okay then my girlfriend and I purchased this pattern and we both made matching Quilts, neither of us finished them.
I purchased this Vintage Quilt Top some years ago and wanted to make a complete  quilt out of it.
Your right never did anything with it.

This one I started about 5 years ago I fell in love with a picture of a quilt Grandmothers Garden. I sewed this one by hand!  I have a few more blocks to sew and then 2 more rows around each block. The top of this quilt will be all hand sewn.

Tumbling Blocks Quilt 3/4 finished.
 .
As soon as I finish the ornaments I'm working on, I'm going to start working on some of my quiltsThats my March Resolution!!  I want to get 2 or 3 finished this year!
I Hope!

My Work Table with Spun Cotton Ornaments to Finish

The little red mouse guards my thread!

I bought her a few years ago in an antique shop.

She works for free!

I have lots of vintage and victorian lace to pick from.
Can't pass up a piece of lace for sale when I go to the antique shop.

I brought out a few of my vintage Easter decorations. The 2 ducklings on the right were real ducklings at one time. In the 1950's they made  easter ornaments this way, they killed and stuffed them. .... poor babies.
I believe they were made in Japan.

Here are a few pictures of my work table.
The little kitty with the ballerina dress came from a flea market long ago.

My Spun Cotton Chickens are waiting for Easter outfits.

My Next project is my old Victorian Doll House. I just had it brought down to my studio from the second floor.
I'm working on cleaning and decorating it.

Can't Wait For Spring!

Here is my Victorian Garden as it looks right now.  Can't wait for spring to see my beautiful flowers start to peek their heads out.
And thats a Hawk in front of my window, he swoops down on our birds and bunnies for his dinners.
This is my garden in the summer,  And thats my studio. I'm just posting a couple of my pictures of flowers in my garden.

This is Bella one of our girls!

And this is Maggie,  our other pug. I was given her when she was a year old. She came from a very bad situation.
That was 7 years ago, she's so spoiled!
And last but not least is our yorkie Zoey!
